At Cala Jade, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new handcrafted piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the item securely in its original Cala Jade dust bag and shipping box, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, making sure to remove or cover any previous shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
